What are negative emotions?
Anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt…and many more.
Unresolved negative emotions accumulate over time, not like organic matter that decomposes over time.
Anger (and all other negative emotions, too) appear to us as a result of what I call a domino effect.
What we feel in our body today, is an accumulation / a total sum of what we have experienced and perceived, but left unresolved or unprocessed.
Once we resolve them and process them properly, our pain, illness etc. goes away as if nothing ever happened.
