The problem with politicians making decisions is most times they are short term thinkers - normally their own term. There are no quick fixes to rental shortages and housing affordability. If politicians can’t do it, we ask the question about who is best to frame thinking around long term solutions. We try to come up with some suggestions you will never hear from pollies and we attempt to apply some sound reasoning behind future direction!
