The "Dawn of Industry 5.0" is not a technological upgrade; it is a dimensional expansion.
The "Newtonian Corporation"—defined by Porter/Norton's accounting, managed by Queueing Theory, and validated by the 1D Market—is facing a crisis of "Cognitive Mismatch." It is trying to contain a Variable-Metric Fluid (the modern workforce/AI hybrid) within a rigid, finite container.
The "Volumetric Mindset Framework" offers the only viable path forward: Performance Sovereignty.
• Sovereignty: The ability to define one's own viscosity and flow rate.
• Performance: The output of work (W) in the 7D space.
To achieve this, organizations must:
1. Upgrade the Sensors: Move beyond the 1D Balance Sheet. Measure "Viscosity" (Dignity) and "Turbulence" (Learning).
2. Respect the Fluid: Acknowledge that the workforce obeys Navier-Stokes equations, not just Employee Handbooks.
