It should be obvious that what you are hearing from the mainstream media about the Putin-Trump phone call is spin, to hide how upset the war hawks are with the shift away from war, towards diplomacy . This was not supposed to happen, they are screaming to each other, there must be no diplomatic contact, only war! But a new security architecture is being built, and it is not just between the U.S. and Russia -- though that is crucial -- but includes sovereign states worldwide, breaking the chains of the Unipolar Order so beloved among neocons and neolibs.
