Bob Kaplan, Grappling for Self Improvement in Leadership
Bob Kaplan just brought out a new book, GRAPPLING: Leaders Striving To Improve. It’s short stories, fictionalized cases, meant to bring executive coaching to life, which is often a struggle, a wrestling match with yourself. GRAPPLING is a novel approach to writing about leadership and self-improvement, and very readable. Bob’s previous book is Fear Your Strengths—What You’re Best At Is Probably Your Biggest Problem. He is founder and president of Kaplan DeVries, a leadership-consulting firm.
