Robert End has had a long and successful career as a private equity professional. Following close to 30 years working full time as a private equity investment professional, Bob transitioned to corporate board work and advisory work. His last full-time position was as Partner with Transportation Resource Partners, an investment fund affiliated with Roger Penske. Prior to that, Bob served as Head of North America for Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity, a $5 billion proprietary private equity fund. He spent 10 years as a founding partner of Stonington Partners, a spin off vehicle from Merrill Lynch Capital Partners where he had served as a Managing Director. Over his career Bob was responsible for investing in and overseeing 15 private equity acquisitions. He has served on 20 corporate boards, including several public companies. Bob graduated from Dartmouth College with an AB degree in 1977 and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth in 1982. He is an avid snow skier, water skier, road biker and in general likes to keep moving. He especially likes spending time with his wife of 43 years Trisha, their 3 kids, spouses and 5 grandkids. Bob’s youngest daughter Bridget earned her DPT from Regis College in 2019.
