Mark chats with performance cycling coach Jacob Tipper. Hope you learn something! Jacob started coaching in 2013 and have had success across the full spectrum from sprinters to triathletes and from cyclo-cross racers to sportive riders. The athletes he has worked with have benefited greatly from his experience within the sport whilst applying a rigorous need to improve and optimizing their performance through the application of scientific literature to achieve the maximum return from an athletes ability; whether it be to achieve a PB or to compete at the World Championships, the principles are the same.
