A few career trends on the raise are product management and program management in tech, especially for experienced professionals. Every tech company wanted to move fast. The only way that’s possible is to have the best planners work together. Product managers and program managers help companies to set realistic goals and then keep everything focused on those goals until the finish line. If we combine product management and program management then can this be a powerful package?
