Gabrielle is a LCSW based in Sarasota, FL and former owner of a group practice in Denver, CO. After realizing her own burnout in 2021, she sold her practice and now helps other therapists and entrepreneurs scale and sell their business to live their dream life. Gabrielle also provides training and consulting on burnout prevention with a heavy emphasis on polyvagal theory, and is an executive coach for the SBA THRIVE program. When she isn't working, she's teaching Zumba, surfing, or traveling around the world
