With over $465 million of capital under management, Avante makes unitranche and subordinated debt and minority equity investments to finance buyouts, minority recaps, acquisitions and growth. Avante invests $5 – 25 million in established lower middle market companies generating at least $3 million EBITDA. Ms. Harman has over 30 years of financing experience, involving well over $1 billion in aggregate transactions.
In 2016 and 2017, she was and named one of the Most Influential Women in Middle Market M&A. In March 2017, she was recognized as one of 15 Trailblazers by Buyouts Magazine.
