Jeff Sangalis has been in the Private Equity and Mezzanine world for over 30 years now. Most notably, he was with RSTW, which was the largest Mezzanine Capital firm in the US. In 2012 Jeff brought his wealth of connections and investing experience to the Orix Corporation to set up Orix Mezzanine and Private Equity. He quickly gained a reputation as a leading investor in "Independent Sponsor" deals, with 24 of their 32 portfolio companies falling within this category.
