About The Author Joe Davis is Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he's had a successful career spanning more than 40 years, ultimately leading more than 7,000 people as head of BCG in North America. He currently serves as Chair of BCG’s Center for Inclusion and Equity, as well as chair of the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, Whitman College, and he holds an MBA from Harvard University.
