In this episode, Derek may surprise you a little bit because he understands why it is that so many people are angry and thinking they need to go out and burn everything to the ground (he doesn't condone it whatsoever though).
As we get further away from property ownership and ownership of our communities, it is having a disastrous effect on everything from crime, quality of living and overall pride in our country. We have been sold a bill of goods that "freedom" means jumping from rental to rental and never owning anything. Nothing can be farther from the truth.
Today, Derek talks about the pride that he felt when he was able to purchase his first home and how that pride still exists with his ranch because he is vested in the ground and the ability to improve it. Ownership of property, your situation and your community is VITALLY important to us living the best life possible!!
