It's International Women's Day, and to mark the occasion, Ryan is joined by Jules Stephenson, co-founder of Emancipated Run Crew, and Nina Ashton, member and social media guru of ERC!
Both ladies share the story and mission of ERC and discuss their own running paths, casting light on the need for diversity in grassroots running and the work ERC is doing to break down barriers and create a safe, inclusive space for black and brown runners across the UK and further afield.
