Martin Gray is a Scottish marathon and ultra runner. He recently completed the John Muir Way in a solo FKT attempt to raise money for a cause close to his heart, and shares his running journey with Ryan. This is a must listen for anyone taking part in marathons, trail or ultra races and in particular the Devil O The Highlands Footrace.
