This week Iain Dale speaks to Professor Jeremy Black, Emeritus Professor of history at the University of Exeter about the life and Premiership of Thomas Pelham-Holles, better known as the first Duke of Newcastle, who served as Prime Minister for more than 7 years in two separate terms from 1754-56 and from 1757 to 1762. He was our fourth Prime Minister.
