家康の命による「清州越し」により、17世紀に生まれた街「大須」。江戸の頃より芝居小屋、寄席が軒を連ね、大須観音や万松寺、七寺等の境内に露店や見世物小屋が立ち並び、多くの大道芸人がその芸を披露していました。“芸どころ”名古屋を代表する歓楽街、「大須」は、第二次大戦後閑古鳥の鳴く時期がありましたが、街の人々の努力で約1200軒のお店を有する一大商店街に成長しました。 この番組は、その「大須」の魅力を世界に発信するプログラム。2013年4月5日「大須アメ横 presents ＯＳ☆U We are 大須Lovers」で放送を開始。毎週金曜日の夜、「大須」の話題のお店や、御祭り、イベント、大須のトリビアネタを紹介するだけでなく、大須と縁の深いアーティストや俳優等もゲストに迎え、「大須」の魅力をお届けします。
