The truth is, quarantine and safer-at-home orders have put some of our most vulnerable populations in even more danger by trapping them with no way to escape their abuser.</p><p><br></p><p>Why have we left these victims to fend for themselves in volatile situations, made even worse by economic stressors, pressures of job loss, and trying to home-school their kids?
