ऐसी जाँ-लेवा फ़िक्रों में
सारा दिन डूबा रहता हूँ
रात को सोने से पहले
अपने-आप से कहता हूँ
भाई मिरे
दिन ख़ैर से गुज़रा
घर में सब आराम से हैं
कल की फ़िक्रें
कल के लिए उठा रक्खो
मुमकिन हो तो
अपने-आप को
मौत की नींद सुला रक्खो!!
