CBC's Katie Simpson caught up with U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer outside of the president's state of the union address on Tuesday, where he told her that countries must accept 'protective tariffs' to make a U.S. deal and that it will be 'helpful' if Canada agrees to higher levies while opening up its own markets.
