While appearing on CBS6's Power and Politics, Redburn Development Partners Principal Jeff Buell said the company has officially applied for a State grant to help fund the cost of demolishing the structure.
Buell also spoke about the proposal for a soccer stadium in Downtown Albany, his new initiative Knowhere Collaborative and its roots, inclusionary zoning, and his hope for the future of the region.
