Coming off of a series of recent flops, is there truth to the notion that this summer will never live up to 2023’s “Barbenheimer” bonanza? We’ll discuss. Plus, if the summer does prove to be a dud for Hollywood, could that mean less foot traffic for the malls and shopping centers that house theaters? REITs are already showing signs of weakness.
