Right in the heart of Bruges, Belgium sits Brewery De Halve Maan, meaning 'the half moon'. Since 1856, six generations of the same family have made their mark on what is now the taste of Bruges! Rooted in tradition and respect for brewing culture, they keep on innovating too, and sustainability is key, so that future generations can keep on enjoying their beers.
