Did coach Mike Tomlin and GM Omar Khan make the right moves in keeping names like Beanie Bishop, Sebastian Castro, James Pierre, DeMarvin Leal and Max Hurleman? Or should they have looked at more external options amid roster cuts around the NFL?
And what will the impact of the IR decision be on Howard's development? Will he struggle to ever surpass Skylar Thompson on the depth chart behind Aaron Rodgers and Mason Rudolph if he can't get practice reps while on IR, per NFL rules?
