On today’s show Brow Specialist and business owner, Michelle, shares her journey of endurance and strength to bring her son, Navy, earthside. When Michelle knew the time was nearing to begin a family, she mindfully gave her body ample time to fall back into its natural rhythm and cycle after a long span on contraception.
Listening to the inspiring women on this very podcast introduced Michelle to the term Hypnobirthing, guiding her to find a practitioner in her area to educate and support her and her husband.
As she entered the birth portal and experienced four days of prodromal labour, she found strength from the women’s stories she’d heard; using the knowledge she’d gained about physiological birth and the variations a journey can take as fuel in those final moments to bring her boy home.
