On todays show I chat with Zoe, an author, first-time birther and mother-of-two. Zoe never envisaged herself as a birth mother. It was only when she became a step-mother to her daughter, that her heart was open to the intention of creation; beginning their journey to consciously conceive a child of their own.
Choosing an intuitive pregnancy and birth that emulated their slow lifestyle and connection to the land, Zoe free birthed her 4.5kg son at sunrise in their shipping container on 20 acres of picturesque land.
We chat about her husband's role; how he resourced himself throughout her pregnancy and committed fully to protecting physiological birth, and how the transformation after her son’s birth inspired the creation of her first book; “You Already Knew”.
