Having initially felt hesitant towards hypnobirthing, it didn’t take long for the knowledge she and her husband gained from that course to spark their excitement and trust for birth. Empowered with knowledge and confidence in her body and baby, Lara went on to have the physiological birth she desired, avoiding an impending induction. She takes us through the surprise moment she found out she was pregnant, and how Beyonce’s Coachella performance helped her get in the zone during labour.
