Today’s episode is very special to me because it is my incredible doula, Moran, sharing her three birth stories and the enormous amount of wisdom she’s gained in her over 8 years of being a doula. She also touches on some of her mental health struggles after her first daughter’s birth and gives us an insight into life as a doula. Moran features in quite a few of PBA’s birth stories so it gives me the greatest pleasure to share with you all this incredible woman.
