Today’s episode features an inspiring mother named Brook sharing her beautiful journey to motherhood. She had her first birth within a hospital setting and her second in the bathtub of their travelling home. Brook did a lot of internal work during her pregnancy and really harnessed her inner power during the birth of her son, using the knowledge she learned from hypnobirthing to help guide her to deliver her big, beautiful boy earthside.
