Joe explains, “Each person is like an actor who wants to run the whole show, forever trying to arrange the lights, the ballet, the scenery, and the rest of the players in his own way. His arrangements would only stay put if only people would do as he wished the show would be great. Many of you have felt that way: if they would just do what I’m telling them. Where are my people that have been blessed with a spiritual awakening? Here’s all the steps to try to work with some people. Do you notice how reluctant they are to take your suggestions? Never had more than a few of them at a time. Do you ever get really frustrated by the fact that they’re not bowing to your infinite wisdom? The show would be great if they’d just listen. Everybody, including himself, would be pleased. Life would be wonderful.”
