Those of you that are not biblical students may not know why, but when I really need the power of testimony, I need agreement.”

Reflecting on the importance of this step, Joe shares, “So I’m asking for agreement from the power within that’s going to go out and testify through me what He has done. Does that make sense?” He concludes by noting, “We have then completed Step 7.”
