Plymouth Police Officer and Husband Charged with Sexually Abusing Teenage Girl in Their Care
A Plymouth, Massachusetts police officer, Samantha Pelrine, and her husband, Daniel Forand, are facing serious charges of sexually abusing a teenage girl they were guardians for over several years. The abuse allegedly started soon after they took legal custody of the girl around age thirteen and continued until this year. Forand also physically harmed the girl until next year. The victim, who moved out in February, expressed fear for her safety, leading to quick action from authorities. Pelrine was put on leave, and both investigations continue. The couple is due in court on March 27th.
