March Madness kicks off with 128 teams vying for the title! Selection Sunday determined the fields, with 68 mens and womens teams competing in the N-C-A-A tournaments. The mens Final Four and championship air on CBS, TBS, T-N-T, TruTV, Paramount Plus, and the March Madness Live app, while the womens Final Four and championship stream on ESPN networks. First Four games start March 17th and 18th for men and March 18th and 19th for women.
