MaineHousings 2025 Annual Report reveals significant strides in addressing Maines affordable housing crisis. They distributed $321,778,689 in loans to homebuyers, with average mortgages increasing to $252,574. A record-breaking 1,274 first-time homebuyer loans were secured.
