Morgane Michael - Mobilizing Kindness in Schools and Globally
This conversation is with Morgane Michael. Living in Victoria, Canada, Morgane is an educator, podcaster, speaker, mother of two young kids, and soon to be author. Her podcast, Kindsight 101, for educational leaders, has featured leading guests like Seth Godin and Peter Reynolds. We became friends during The Podcast Fellowship this summer produced by Seth Godin and Alex DiPalma. I then had the honor to serve as a coach in The Podcast Fellowship round 2 this fall with Morgane. To mobilize kindness, she created a science-based 21-day kindness challenge called Small Act Big Impact found at smallactbigimpact.com. While empowerment as a common theme since school, Morgane mentions how following creativity desires and ambitions has led to even more exciting self-discovery, new projects and opportunities.
