Misty is a full-time active investor with experience in wholesaling, flips, and new construction. She's co-founder of the Women’s Real Estate Investor Alliance (WREIA), managing partner of Elevated Development (investor focused builder), and managing partner of Level Up Remodeling (investor focused remodeling company).
Deidrea is a certified life and business coach, a passive investor, and Misty's partner in their wholesaling business. She is also the founder of The Dream Academy.
