Show Notes

It's time to get Looney as we chat to the voice actor behind Daffy Duck and Porky Pig from Looney Tunes: The Day the Earth Blew Up. Eric Bauza is best known for being one of Mel Blanc's successors for Looney Tunes characters, including Bugs Bunny, Tweety, Marvin the Martian and Woody Woodpecker. But now the Emmy award-winner is starring in the first fully animated Looney Tunes feature-length film to be released theatrically. In our chat, Bauza discusses balancing the insanity and heart of a Looney Tunes story, why Porky and Daffy make a brilliant pair on screen, the art to the Daffy splutter and Porky stutter, and his adoration of all the voice actors who came before him.
