In this episode, Alex, CEO of Aurora, shares the current adoption of Aurora and what they're developing to engage and grow their community in the long run.
Aurora launched in 2020 as a project inside the NEAR protocol, a Layer 1 protocol that is focused on scalability. Given how NEAR is built, it's not possible to launch your Solidity contracts on the network, and that's where Aurora comes in. It allows all existing Ethereum applications and tools to be operable in this new environment.
