Show Notes
At times, the Sun's position in the print landscape was imperious, wrecking and emboldening political careers.
Despite declining newspaper sales, its influence still exists: mostly because broadcast journalists use The Sun and other papers to inform and dictate their own coverage.
Oli sat down with Chris Horrie, journalist and author of Stick it Up Your Punter: The Uncut Story of the Sun Newspaper, to discuss its turbulent role within British society.
