BC’s Basic Income Panel has released a behemoth 529-page report that ultimately recommends not adopting a universal basic income but instead beefing up existing social supports. We take an initial deep dive into this expansive work. And the province is rolling out its vaccination program amid procurement challenges and widespread COVID-fatigue.
