Last week, Enbridge reported an issue in the stretch of a pipeline that could be catastrophic for Lakes Michigan and Huron. Today, POLITICO Energy and native Michigander Ben Lefebvre reports that the state is taking aggressive legal action to force the company to shut down that portion of the pipeline and hand over more information of exactly what happened.
