President Joe Biden's Inflation Reduction Act appropriated hundreds of billions of dollars in spending for climate efforts. But it's unclear how much of the money remains on the table and could be vulnerable to repeal by President-elect Donald Trump and the incoming Republican-controlled Congress. POLITICO’s Jessie Blaeser breaks down how much of the Inflation Reduction Act is in danger. Plus, a new report released by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation says extreme cold weather could lead to power shortfalls across the Northeast, Midwest and parts of the South this winter.
