This week, the Supreme Court declined to block President Joe Biden’s controversial climate rule for power plants, letting the regulation take effect. However, the future of the rule is still in question from a political and legal perspective. POLITICO’s Alex Guillén breaks down the high court’s ruling and the regulation’s path forward.
