The Supreme Court will hear arguments in a lawsuit involving Montana residents and a company responsible for contaminating a superfund site. At issue is whether neighbors of the Anaconda superfund site can sue for more cleanup than the EPA requires. Plus, documents show EPA administrator Andrew Wheeler favored industry experts over academics when the agency chose advisers for major air quality rules. And, Dan Brouillette is officially a member of the president's cabinet.
