Summary
In an AU where Voldemort was defeated after the first war, Sirius and Regulus Black have created a sanctuary for werewolves and house elves on ancestral Black land. Damocles Belby is researching how to help werewolves at St. Mungo's and enlists Sirius's and Remus's help. As they work together, they make progress on improving life for the werewolves.
