There are so many different kinds of kebabs in the world- donair, doner, shawarma, shish kabob, souvlaki, kefta, tacos al pastor, the list goes on and on. Cooking meat over an open flame is universal, and there's nothing quite like a kebab to get us in touch with that beautiful, primal feeling.
