Neal was cofounder & director of the Al Baydha Project, and is currently founder/CEO of Regenerative Resources Co, a company that seeks degraded landscapes and transforms them into functioning agroecologies. While cofounder and Director of the Al Baydha Project in Saudi Arabia, Neal lived and worked with tribes of bedou to convert deserts into savannahs. He also founded the webinar series Sustainable Design Masterclass, and has taught and consulted in the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
