Last night in Episode 13 of Unloose the Goose the Gaggle Took on Social Engineering. What I mean by that is the way the systems are used to program and control others. Ken and I decided to get together today and discuss the proper human diet (keto) as a component of a prepared lifestyle. We discuss far more than weight loss today, we focus mostly on reversing and elimination of chronic modern illnesses. Personally since switching to a keto diet in August of 2019 I have lost over 65 pounds. More over I have reversed pre diabetes, metabolic syndrome and according to many folks I look 10 years younger.
