Ken and I decided to get together today and discuss the proper human diet (keto) as a component of a prepared lifestyle. We discuss far more than weight loss today, we focus mostly on reversing and elimination of chronic modern illnesses. Personally since switching to a keto diet in August of 2019 I have lost over 65 pounds. More over I have reversed pre diabetes, metabolic syndrome and according to many folks I look 10 years younger. I put out a little video yesterday about the progress of our Bantam Chickens at Nine Mile Farm. I just love the personality of these pint sized chickens and they are coming along nicely.
