Phil M. Williams is an author, permaculture consultant, and activist for a stateless society. He is the author of thirteen books with permaculture and anarchist themes. In 2008, after a decade as a landscape contractor, Phil sold his business and moved from the McMansion filled suburbs of Northern Virginia to rural Pennsylvania.
