Elle a fait ses débuts en 1993 en tant que jeune créatrice de parfums aux côtés de Jean-Louis Sieuzac et Dominique Ropion, chez Florasynth, qui deviendra Symrise. Emilie Coppermann a notamment composé Light Blue For Her - Capri in Love pour Dolce&Gabbana, C.H. Men pour Carolina Herrera, Ikonik pour Karl Lagerfeld… Ou encore Black XS For Her pour Rabanne, qu’elle évoque dans ce troisième épisode.
